The electroplated diamond tools are composed of one or more layers of particles of diamond or CBN, which are deposited to the surface of the tool via a matrix in nickel. This technique allows the manufacture of agglomeration of tools / mole with different shapes and profiles.
The electroplated diamond wheels have a high concentration of particles of diamond / CBN that make them more sharp than the other in abrasive tools made with other technologies. Allow for better cutting efficiency and depth of cut of the most important materials such as nonferrous metals, steels treated, ceramics and composite materials.
